Customer loyalty card

  1. Display Dahabcard sticker on the counter.
  2. Explain the Benefits of the card to every customer.
  3. Download Application form from the system.
  4. Check the customer has filled form properly.
  5. Ask the customer for an ID and Prove of address.
  6. Fax the Form and the document to Head Office if you are not visited by the collection team.
  7. Send the Fax for the attention of Abdirisaq Haji Hussein or Faysal Gawafe.
  8. Send the original Documents through the Post.
  9. We will send the card directly to the Customer.
  10. In case the customer loses the card contact Abdirisaq Haji Hussein or Faysal Gawafe.
