Customer loyalty card
- Display Dahabcard sticker on the counter.
- Explain the Benefits of the card to every customer.
- Download Application form from the system.
- Check the customer has filled form properly.
- Ask the customer for an ID and Prove of address.
- Fax the Form and the document to Head Office if you are not visited by the collection team.
- Send the Fax for the attention of Abdirisaq Haji Hussein or Faysal Gawafe.
- Send the original Documents through the Post.
- We will send the card directly to the Customer.
- In case the customer loses the card contact Abdirisaq Haji Hussein or Faysal Gawafe.
